Here are few tips for keeping the soul and body together during Study abroad:

It's essential to do self-examination to have first-hand information on your health, psychological, and mental state.

Instead of waiting till a complete system shutdown occurs, it's essential to take care of oneself preventatively. It will be so much easier to navigate the challenges from the host culture, considering a stable mental and emotional health from a daily self-care routine.

We have people who love and care about what we do and how we feel, and It's essential to know who those people are and lean on them; friends and family. They'll be a source of encouragement in despondency. Also, build a support network with friends and roommates because they could serve as great advisers and can easily empathize with you in tough situations. It's essential to keep family and well-wishers updated on happenings abroad.

3. Cultivate healthy habits

Everyone studying abroad wants to take advantage of every moment or opportunity, and it is essential to cultivate healthy habits. Going to bed early, eating food that fuels the body and gives energy, also hiking, and other types of working out are part of healthy habits.

Sometimes, it's advisable to seek help outside of oneself, especially when self-help seems insufficient. Being honest about a severe struggle is hard, and it is also the best way to come out safe.  Ask for help
